Refund policy

Refund/Exchange policy 

• Packages are not allowed to be open
• If you want to exchange or refund your order please contact us on info@zuricairo.com 
• There is no partial delivery either take the whole order or return all items
• Sending more than one option to  choose between them unfortunately is not an option 
• Refund / Exchange are done within Three days only after receiving the order
• Shipping fees should be paid in all cases 
• Deduction of Extra Delivery fees in case of Return / Exchange 
• Items on sale can't be exchanged or refunded
• For Refunds Items should be in it's original state and packaging and we will send the payment you paid via instapay after receiving the product at our office within a week

• Delivery inside Cairo / Giza takes 3-4 days 
• Delivery to Governorates takes 5-6 working days
